    Perfektes Zusammenspiel von Kräftigung und Entspannung

    Die Yoga Stunde ist perfekt abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse von mir und meinem Bauchzwerg. Der Kurs verbindet Kräftigung und Entspannung - genau das was ich brauche. Tolle und klare Anleitung!

    Sehr wohltuende Stunden in der Schwangerschaft

    Ich kann jeder Schwangeren die Kurse bei Jara nur ans Herz legen. Man bleibt fit und verbringt eine tolle Stunde und hat sich so Zeit für sich und sein Baby genommen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall auch nach der Geburt zu ihren Rückbildungsyoga-Kursen.
