Description yoga

Modern YOGA courses in Wuppertal and Sprockhövel based on old Indian traditions - ideal for beginners, returnees and advanced students.
I offer different yoga levels and yoga styles in group lessons and individual lessons/personal lessons.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - is meditation in movement followed by deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga - Yin and fascia yoga is a calm and quiet style that has a very healing and relaxing effect. By staying longer in the Yin Yoga positions, the muscles and ligaments as well as the deep connective tissue are sustainably stretched.
Nature / Outdoor Yoga -A yoga class in the great outdoors. Experience deep relaxation together with a small group on the beautiful meadows.
Be happy – when you experience serenity.
Due to the diversity of yoga practice, this yoga class is suitable for everyone.
Yoga courses, 5-course tickets and 10-course tickets available. One-off trial lesson possible by arrangement
Monday: 4:30 p.m. + 6:00 p.m. + 7:30 p.m. / Hatzfelder Str. Wpt

  • Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: We begin with a gentle attunement and move carefully and slowly into the flowing Hatha Vinyasa practice. My focus is on practicing clean technology. We take peace and time for the postures and exercises and the breathing exercises. I explain and pay attention to each and everyone at their own pace.
    A trial lesson costs €10 once and is completely non-binding as to whether you would like to take part and which lesson you would like to attend.
