I also had this experience.
Coming from the hectic business world,
from a daily hamster wheel consisting of work, friends, family.
Wanting to do justice to everyone and then the question: “And where do I stay?”
We have lost patience.
But it is said, “only if you are happy can you make others happy”!
I would be happy to accompany you on your yoga path to achieve more serenity, peace and inner calm. I'll show you ways and methods how you can get out of the hamster wheel even in stressful everyday life. Yoga is more than just physical exercises. Yoga is everywhere. I'll open your eyes to the fact that you can find relaxation in the little things of your everyday life without having to change much.

Einfach toll!
Yoga-Unterricht bei Ina Bellmann ist etwas ganz besonderes...Asanas, Meditation, Hintergrundwissen aus der Anatomie und Ernährungsberatung. Ich fühle mich bei dieser Yoga-Lehrerin absolut gut aufgehoben.
Ina, die Yoga-Stunden bei dir sind immer ein Highlight der Woche, ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Ein paar Yogakurse habe ich schon mitgemacht, die waren schön, aber bei Ina „YOGA LAUNE“ ist es anders. Sie öffnet einem die Tür zum Yoga, strahlt totale Ruhe aus und ist kompetent. Ich fühle mich absolut aufgehoben, und nach dem Kurs wunderbar! 🙏🏻 🧘♀️
