    vielen Dank für deine Geduld, deine Empathie und deine Professionalität! Als Yoga-Anfängerin fühlte ich mich bei dir sehr wohl. Du hast alle Übungen super gut erklärt und sehr behutsam korrigiert, wenn es mal notwendig war. Ich habe Lust auf mehr bekommen...:)

    Yoga für alle

    Ich habe etwas Erfahrung im Yoga und schon einige Lehrer*innen erlebt. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, es gibt Platz für Individualität und gute Laune. Bruni erklärt die Übungen verständlich und findet auch gleich Alternativen, falls etwas (heute) nicht geht. Sie leitet dazu an, beim Üben gut auf sich zu achten - gerade , wenn der Körper an irgendwelchen Stellen Probleme macht. Außerdem gibt sie Tipps, die sich gut in den Alltag einbauen lassen. Mein Rücken und ich haben den Effekt deutlich spüren können. Der Kurs war für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen geeignet.
