Description yoga

Hello dear yogis, yoginis and those interested in yoga!
I have moved my place of residence and work to Graz and would like to live my passion for yoga here and share it with you. That's why I'm currently diving into the yoga world in Graz.
I have spent the last few years in Singapore and Thailand and acquired intensive yoga knowledge there. That meant a lot to me personally, influenced my development and, so to speak, turned my entire life upside down.
I would be happy to share my yoga experiences with you and you. Since it is often difficult to find time for yourself in addition to family and work, I offer to come to your workplace (either before you start work or during your lunch break) in order to make the best possible use of your precious time. The asana exercises consist of a mix between an intense flow, strengthening postures and stretches, if desired with funky arm balances and inversion postures (headstand, handstand) and relaxing breathing exercises. The level can be individually adapted to you.
Individual or group lessons are possible.
