Description yoga
Out of your head - into your body: a journey to yourself. Individual physical demands lead the senses from the outside in, establish a connection with ourselves and allow us to take a loving look at what is inside us. External peace begins within us.
My participants describe my practice as varied and pleasantly challenging. The focus is on a natural, healthy execution of the asanas. I always explain these with regard to the physical alignment principles of Anusara Yoga, which enable you, even as a beginner, to get a good feel for the posture. The more advanced you are, the more intensely you can experience the asanas.
The lesson is rounded off with a topic that you can physically experience in the asana practice on the mat and that also gives you food for thought.
In addition to adults, children aged 3 and over benefit from the holistic movement game.
