Description yoga

I had my first encounter with yoga around 3 and half years ago. After practicing from many different styles of yoga and dozens of workshops I took, I decided to dedicate my practice to Ashtanga Yoga from May 2015. I am very grateful for being both a student and a teacher. I try to implement the spirit of Yoga into my daily life. I want to share and pass the love and benefits I got from yoga to the world around me. My goal is to make yoga more accessible for every individual body and bring yoga to your daily life. Eventually to build a community in which we can all learn from, grow with and support each other.
At the moment I offer private class and very small group (max up to 4 people) so then I can take care of everyone in the class and offer different modifications. Please feel free to contact me as well if you already have a group and looking for yoga teacher. I teach in English, German and as well in Chinese.
