Description yoga

In 1997 I happened upon my first yoga class by chance. Since then, yoga has never let me go and has helped me a lot to master my everyday life calmly and calmly. I attended various courses with a variety of teachers before I trained at the Yoga Academy Stuttgart from 2005 to 2009 with Dr. Christian Fuchs, with 720 teaching units, did. The training is recognized by the BDY, professional association of yoga teachers, EYU, European Yoga Union.
I have been teaching in various yoga facilities since 2009.
The style I offer follows Swami Sivananda.
In 2012 I attended further training on yoga body work at the Sivananda Vedanta seminar house.
In 2013 I completed training as a meditation course leader in BYVG = Professional Association of Yoga Vidya Health Consultants.
Yoga has become a way of life for me. It connects and strengthens body and soul.
