Welcome to the Yoga Rendezvous profile!
My name is Vesela Simader, I am a certified American Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, yoga personal trainer, NUAD practitioner and owner of the yoga studio “Yoga Rendezvous” in Linz.
Yoga and me, it was love at first sight! I found the missing pieces of my personal yoga puzzle and was pleased to see a unified picture. "Yoga will change your life," my first teacher told me... and that's exactly what happened!
I am also one of the first Bowspring teachers in Austria. The first meeting with Desi Springer and John Friend fundamentally revolutionized my yoga style and opened up unimagined possibilities for the integrity of dynamic strength and lightness in practice. Above all, it was the radiant feeling of the heart and the natural curvy posture of the body that convinced me 100 percent about “Sridaiva - The power of Bowspring”. It is a matter close to my heart to offer Bowspring in my yoga studio!
Me and my wonderful team of yoga teachers look forward to accompanying you on your individual yoga path. Your well-being is important to us!
