Description yoga

Founded in 1998.
Management Claudia Hohneck, qualified psychologist, 4-year training as a yoga teacher at the Professional Association of Yoga Teachers in Germany (BDY) Central location in Saarbrücken between Saarbrücken Castle and the government district at Talstrasse 48.
The style of yoga is based on Vini yoga, which places a special focus on breathing and is adapted in classes to beginners and advanced students. Ashtanga yoga, a physically demanding exercise style for building strength, has also been offered in special courses since 2009.
The prices vary between €55 and €90 depending on the yoga course and can be viewed on the website (www.yoga-saarbruecken.de) under 'Courses'. If you are taking a prevention course for the first time, you can receive funding from the statutory. Health insurance companies receive which means that the health insurance companies will reimburse you the course fee between 70 and 100%!
