'You can't describe the value of yoga, you have to experience it.' BKS Iyengar
I would like to make this experience that I had myself possible for others too.
Trained in the basic principles of yoga therapy, I pay particular attention to healthy alignment in the asanas in my units. The body is strengthened and mobilized, muscles are stretched. The mind calms down and is strengthened.
Yoga helps to improve, maintain and strengthen physical and mental well-being.

Individual lessons by arrangement

FRI 3:00 p.m. Happy Weekend Yoga

Beginners are welcome. Course entry possible at any time. Individual units can be booked. Free trial session possible by appointment.
