Classic, calm and proven yoga in the tradition of the Indian doctor and great teacher Swami Sivananda, free from “fads” and esotericism.

A deep understanding of yoga does not happen overnight. I have been running your center in Iserlohn successfully since 2003 with a lot of commitment.

Years of practical application and further training have made yoga very close to me. This is the only way it is possible and meaningful to pass on the full experience to you. I would also like to bring bonding, peace and relaxation very close to you. This is how yoga and Ayurveda work!

I want to provide the best lessons for you at all times. That's why I regularly educate myself and refresh my experience. So that you can always be there, I also offer online lessons. I look forward to your participation and would like to give you more peace and serenity.

Super Super!

Der neue lichtdurchflutete Raum mit Luftfilter und Sonnenlicht ist Super. Radka macht sehr persönliches Yoga in kleinen Gruppen. Wenn man mal nicht kann, kann man auch noch online via Zoom teilnehmen
