Your path to more strength and well-being
Whether you have just been diagnosed with cancer, are undergoing treatment or would like to regain your strength after completing treatment. Yoga can actively support your recovery process and help you feel whole again!
For this reason, I completed additional oncology training “Yoga and Cancer” with Gaby Nele Kammler in order to get moving. The diagnosis is always unexpected, but we can do something together to keep you moving and give you strength and energy so that you can get the side effects under control.
With individually tailored yoga lessons individually or in a group, you will find your way to strengthening side effect management. Your special physical and psychological needs have absolute priority here and you can move forward at your own pace and intensity.
Strengthen your immune system in the yoga and cancer classes and learn to take your side effects into account.
