Description yoga

HATHA YOGA in face-to-face classes
mixed courses for every experience level

Exercises in the classic Hatha Yoga style according to Swami Saraswati, sometimes a little more intense, sometimes calmer, sometimes yin, sometimes yang.

We will start together with a short mediation and then practice classical yoga postures to calm our mind and do something good for the body.

On Wednesdays I offer yoga in the Yoga Vidya style. During these lessons, a varied basic series is practiced, which is also known as the "Rishikesh series" after Swami Sivananda. Beginners, middle school students and advanced students are welcome.

Everyone is welcome.

It doesn't matter whether you can touch your feet with your hands. In yoga, the focus is on the way there or, to put it another way: “The path is the goal”.

Online courses are also currently possible again.

Entspannung am Dienstagabend

Der Dienstagabend ist für mich ein ganz wichtiger fester Termin in meinem vollen Terminkalender geworden. Zwei Stunden Entspannung, Gedanken loslassen, Achtsamkeit, dem Körper etwas Gutes tun. Das alles in einem wunderbaren Raum zusammen mit tollen Menschen, vor Allem mit zwei überaus kompetenten Kursleiter*innen, Lydia und Malik
