We offer all facets of yoga in Essen.
Open hours, courses for beginners to advanced, yoga teacher training, workshops, concerts, Ayurveda and massage.
We also have many things related to yoga and Ayurveda in our boutique.
Welcome to our Facebook page and have fun browsing.
The Yoga Vidya Center in Essen is located in Rüttenscheid, right next to the Cäcilienstrasse S-Bahn stop in the city center. It is therefore easy to reach. It was already celebrating its 15th birthday.
You will find our address, contact details and general information here. We post photos and videos and conduct surveys. You are also welcome to leave posts on our site, but we will immediately delete any advertising you post in our timeline.
For the latest event information on workshops and concerts, please check the official Yoga Vidya Essen homepage (see above). We also publish some events here, but this selection is by no means exhaustive, nor does a commitment to an event via Facebook mean that someone is considered registered.
