Description yoga
Annette first came into contact with yoga through a class at the gym. The positive experiences she had during and after the class led her to pursue the yoga path from there. More balance and the associated satisfaction returned to her life.
Practicing yoga not just on the mat, but practicing it as a holistic approach to life in order to live in the greatest possible harmony with yourself and your surroundings was very important to her from the start - even if it wasn't and isn't always easy. In the medium term, Annette came to integral Sivananda Yoga, which combines all six classic yoga paths and thus touches body and mind in all its facets and brings them into balance.
After around ten years of more or less regular practice, she developed the need to share her experiences with other people and to teach and pass on yoga as she lives and loves it. In order to give this need the opportunity to express itself, she began the two-year yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya in 2012. This training comprised a total of 750 teaching units, which she supplemented with further training and seminars during the training phase. Annette has been a trained yoga teacher (BYV) since the beginning of 2014 and is very happy to share her experiences, knowledge and love of yoga with other people. She has also been a relaxation trainer and trainer since 2016 and completed further training as a yoga fascia trainer in May 2018.
