Description yoga
I love yoga because yoga has helped me stay with myself and gain strength in difficult phases of life. Even under adverse circumstances, I was always able to discover the beauty in myself, my fellow human beings and life. I'd like to pass that on.
I prefer an individual yoga style. Kundalini Yoga, Ying Yoga, Chinese therapeutic gymnastics and Hatha Yoga therapy flow together.
Being aware of your own breath, finding inner peace and understanding how your body works are important to me. With me you can find out what's inside you, how you can meet the challenges of life, leave doubts and shyness behind you and get along better with yourself and others. True to my motto: Love life – live love.
In my course offerings and individual lessons you will find the right thing for you, more mobility, relaxation, understanding of your personal needs and that for you in holistic quality and health benefits.
