Description yoga

I am the founder of Yogaspot Hamburg and a trained Iyengar yoga teacher!
I love yoga because it grounds me, strengthens me, touches my heart and makes me feel more relaxed!
The studio inauguration in the 'former cleaning' is on January 7th, 2013 at Alsterdorferstraße 214, from 6 p.m.! There are drinks and snacks! Everyone is welcome!
The first yoga course will take place on January 9, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Cost: Opening Offer!! Only in January: Pay 10 euros for a course (90 minutes) and get one course for free!! January and February 10 card 100 euros (valid for 4 months), single lesson: 15 euros! From March onwards the 10 ticket will cost 120 euros, 3 times in three weeks: 35 euros!!
The first workshop will take place on January 26th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., suitable for beginners and long-term practitioners. Cost: 35, - for more details see the homepage www.yogaspot-hamburg.de
