    Deshalb kann ich die Gemütlichkeit und den "Räucherstäbchenfaktor" nur am PC beurteilen. Kennen gelernt habe ich Yoga und somit Kerstin über das Business-Yoga in unserem Betrieb, durch Corona bin ich über das Summer-Special zur OMline-Teilnahme gewechselt. Anfangs war das Einlassen zuhause für mich schwierig, aber zwischenzeitlich versuche ich eine Teilnahme zwei- bis dreimal in der Woche, weil es mir und meinem Rücken einfach gut tut. Sicher habe ich zuhause u.U. mehr Ablenkung und das Flair des Studios fehlt, aber auch darauf habe ich mich eingestellt. Ich bin dankbar für die Möglichkeit der Teilnahme über Skype - und vielleicht klappt es ja auch irgendwann mit einer Teilnahme im Studio.
