We offer Mysore, guided and basic units as well as ongoing 10-part beginner courses. Workshops and courses with international guest teachers as well as on topics such as pranayama, kriyas, yoga philosophy, etc. and taster courses also take place on an ongoing basis.

Horst Rinnerberger is authorized by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, 2nd Level.
Our offer is aimed at all those who want to experience Ashtanga Yoga in its traditional style.
We also offer in-depth, part-time yoga teacher training.
The Pureyoga yoga center is open seven days a week and also on public holidays.

    Ashtanga Yoga mit Wissen und Herz

    Der Hauptlehrer Horst Rinnerberger ist nicht nur von P Jois authorisiert worden und vermittelt Ashtanga Yoga daher sehr authentisch, sondern verfolgt auch seit vielen Jahren sehr intensiv und hingebungsvoll Pranayama-Praxis und Unterricht. HIer wird nicht "autoritär" oder "regelkonform" unterrichtet, sondern mit viel WIssen und Witz das alte Wissen angewendet und mit Liebe weiter gegeben.
