Description yoga

:: Our yoga studios offer many different variations of yoga styles in order to be able to respond to the interests and physical requirements of the participants.
“External exercises” to strengthen the body are just as important as “internal exercises” to significantly increase vital strength. The wide range of offerings is intended to make experiences possible in all areas.
Qi Gong is also becoming more and more important and in demand – which makes me personally very happy!! There is also a wide range of options for those who are hungry for exercise, from Zumba, Capoeira and Bodymove to Power Yoga.
The aim is to motivate people to actively work with their bodies in order to bring about positive changes when they seem necessary.
As a valuable compensation, I recommend SHIATSU, a Japanese finger pressure massage.
