Description yoga
After their first training in California with Bikram Choudhury, Marlen and Judith Köhler - as pioneers in this field - opened the first Bikram Yoga Studio in Hamburg in 1999. This created the first hot yoga school in Germany and Europe. In our loft in the middle of Eppendorf we offer a unique offering under 'Your Yoga': Bikram, Power, Flow, Gentle Yoga and the brand new Forrest Yoga. Our offer guarantees a lot of variety with very different challenges. In addition to the bright, large yoga room, there are separate changing rooms with showers and the reception area including a tea corner. Beginner and advanced yogis appreciate the loving teaching and the special spirit of “Your Yoga”. When visiting for the first time, you can start with a trial week (for €14) without prior registration. Many other attractive tariffs offer a suitable offer for every student. Of course, there are also individual training sessions, workshops, group and company yoga.
The beginners workshop is a really good introductory tip for beginners.
