Description yoga

Anusara® Yoga celebrates the diversity of life, the qualities of our heart. In practice we seek a connection with ourselves. Each class therefore has a heart-oriented theme, and the energy of alignment in practice allows us to deeply access our SELF through the “Universal Principles of Alignment™”. The philosophy we live on the yoga mat makes us strong for the challenges we face in everyday life - a path to more serenity, trust, open-heartedness and joy in life.
In 2019 I started my Anusara training with the immersions with Nicole Konrad and continued with the teacher training with Christina Lobe and Annette Söhnlein in 2020 and graduated as an Anusara Elements™ yoga teacher.
I am enthusiastic about the joyful philosophy and the very precise alignment of the movements and actions in Anusara Yoga, which are always guided by the breath. Yoga opens our eyes to all the beauty within us and around us.
My wish is that my participants leave the yoga class with a better feeling about themselves, an inner smile, strengthened by the experience in the practice, and thus invite more balance and joy into their lives.
Prenatal yoga courses have been taking place since April 24, 2023.
You can take part from the beginning of your pregnancy. The special service: “Ask the pediatrician” with Dr. Matthias Gründler - so that your most important questions about your baby are answered before the birth.

    Sehr persönliches Yogastudio

    Jutta geht sehr persönlich auf alle Yogaschülerinnen ein. Mir gefällt es besonderes gut, dass ich hier mit max. 3 anderen Frauen zusammen Yoga machen kann.
    Es ist sehr gemütlich und Jutta verwendet wohlduftende Öle im Diffusor und macht ayurvedischen Tee für uns.

    Seit ich im YuttaYoga trainiere, möchte ich in kein großes Yogastudio mehr gehen.
    Danke für diese wunderschöne Betreuung.
