Description yoga

Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga (also for children), Yin Yoga, Vinyasa & Kundalini Yoga... courses & workshops for EVERYONE.
You can choose between Pilates, pelvic floor training, general fitness, fascia training, relaxation training, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation & stress management for private individuals and companies, as well as nutritional advice, health management and organetics.

We house a naturopathic practice and a healing practice for psychotherapy & psycho-oncology (according to the Alternative Practitioner Act) in the room and offer EMDR, hypnosis, mental training, constellation work and, for the wellness factor, massages, also hot stone, foot care and natural cosmetics.

    Hollingstedt is near Schleswig, you can reach us via the A7, then the Schuby exit on the B 201 towards Husum, between Schuby and Silberstedt (5 minutes) turn left onto "Fiedrichsfeld, this street turns into Kolonistenweg. Our yoga room is a former one Barn, located in a quiet rural setting between green fields.
    Parking is possible right in front of the door!

    Yoga Fitness

    Eine Wohltat für Körper, Geist und Seele. Immer wieder gerne! Sehr gut zum runterkommen. Gute Mischung aus Yoga, Atemübungen, Dehnen und Endentspannung.
    Außerdem eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ich fühle mich danach immer richtig gut und kann es nur empfehlen.
