Advanced course Kundalini Yoga for paraplegics and partners at the Manfred Sauer Foundation in Lobach (near Sinsheim)

Hello, my dears,

it's that time again. The next Kundalini yoga seminar for paraplegics and partners at the Manfred Sauer Foundation is October 21-23, 2022. There are still places available.
Feel free to register :-). You can find further information in the flyer, which can be found with the pictures.

Course costs: Paraplegic/accompanying person €87 each
Course duration: Friday 4 p.m. - Sunday 2 p.m

Important: The course content of Level 1 and Level 2 builds on each other. You should definitely attend level 1 or you already have the appropriate skills to be able to take part in level 2. Yoga Online can be booked with me on Wednesdays and Thursdays to gain previous experience.

    Toller Yoga-Kurs

    Es ist so schön, dass Antje Yoga für Rollstuhlfahrer•innen ermöglicht.
    Im Kurs lernt man das Grundwissen zu Kundalini Yoga. Es ist für mich ein toller Ausgleich zu meinem Alltag mit viel Sitzen. Die Atemübungen machen meinen Brustkorb lockerer und erweitern mein Lungenvolumen. Kundalini Yoga entspannt mich und ich finde somit wieder meine innere Ruhe.
    Der Kurs hat mir sehr gut getan, die Atmosphäre unter den anderen Teilnehmern war sehr nett und rundum ein tolles Wochenende.

Dabei die Freude an der täglichen Yoga Praxis geweckt, was sich so positiv auf mein körpergefühl, meinen Geist und meine Seele auswirkt
