Description Yoga event

The art of self-love can be a confusing matter since we were raised not to behave selfishly and to please others.
However, self-love is something natural and can be (re)learned in yoga.
Through mindful perception, thinking and feeling, we can gain other insights and inner space. When we are in the present moment, free of judgment and comment, we feel these moments of inner freedom.
Letting go can be the beginning of everything to strengthen self-confidence and recognize new sources of strength.
The more demanding and extensive the private challenges and professional activities are, the more important it is to achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance, to regain understanding of yourself and to find yourself (back) in order to recognize what is real and how you accept yourself lovingly, non-judgmentally and mildly.
In yoga and meditation we experience healing warmth of the heart and can learn to (re)open the heart for ourselves and others. Mindfulness helps us to decide in every moment how we want to design our heart garden.
In SLCYR we experience in a cheerful, loving and non-dogmatic way how we can embrace the imperfection of life and thereby lead a mentally and emotionally healthy, perhaps even more spiritual life.
Through different forms of metta meditation, we allow a goodness of heart to return to our lives, which purifies us, opens us up and can be the best means for developing the fullness of self-worth.
Mindful flowing yoga on the yoga mat and/or the SUP.Board, as well as gentle and peaceful Yin yoga units can restore radiant love, inner and outer alignment, balance and lively serenity from the inside out.
Develop self-compassion, warm kindness and inner freedom through lovingly guided heart and mindfulness meditations. Sounds of the heart and purity of mind mantras give us back confidence in the unlimited possibilities of perfect peace and goodwill.
By recognizing that you are “not a person who has spiritual experiences, but a spiritual being who experiences being human” (P.T. de Chardin), you can discover new sources of strength within and for yourself.
Breathing exercises (pranayama), mudra flows (hand gestures in yoga) and mental centering on the heart chakra with all its symbolism can lead you closer to yourself and your compassionate gentleness.
With a newly gained benevolent view of yourself and your surroundings, after the SLCYR you can certainly be (even) more successful in effectively recognizing your inner light and peaceful moments in your (professional) everyday life, which become significant for you and your surroundings can lead to a gain in quality of life.
