Yoga retreat: In this seclusion it is easy to devote yourself consciously and concentratedly to yoga. The Kundalini Yoga program is suitable for beginners and advanced yoga students. The weekly plan is an orientation for the participants.
Our yoga retreat intensifies the experiences and insights from everyday yoga. The Kundalini yoga sessions last a total of 25 hours. They usually consist of exercise sequences, relaxation and meditation. The content is based on a yogic theme that leads through the week. Previous topics have been “The 10 Bodies” and “The 5 Sutras”; Relationship with your soul.
Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of consciousness. In Kundalini Yoga we work not only on a physical level, but also on a mental and spiritual level. In the yoga sessions we will use kriyas (exercise sequences) and pranayamas (breathing techniques). Breathing is of central importance and is consciously guided during practically all exercises. After each series of exercises, relaxation and meditation (Dhyana) are used in numerous variations as an energetically necessary balance to the physical exercises. The goal is to get more in touch with your inner strength and wisdom, to better perceive yourself and others, to connect with your intuition and to recognize your potential.
The diet is vegetarian, creates a culinary awareness of one's own diet and supports working with yoga, pranayamas and meditation.
To enjoy your holiday, trips can be made to the area - to the weekly market in Nyons, to the bathing rivers or the nearby bathing lake, to the vulture rock in Remuzat or a hike up the local mountain, the Raton.
In the complete price for the yoga holiday from August 5th. up to and including August 12, 2023 includes: accommodation, vegetarian full board (breakfast, lunch buffet, dinner, tea, water, orange juice, golden milk), bed linen, a large towel, final cleaning, seminar room and seminar costs (a total of at least 25 yoga lessons).
Early bird prices (FB) apply with binding registration and a deposit of €150 upon registration by May 5, 2023. After that, late bird prices (SB) apply with binding registration and a deposit of €150 upon registration. Please transfer the remaining amount by July 17, 2023 at the latest.

Arrival and departure are neither organized nor included in the price. The participant is responsible for their own arrival and departure.

Antje will lead the yoga sessions.
Edgar: Organizer, passionate hobby chef, culture maker (Scala Ludwigsburg). Edgar is the contact person for all questions about the seminar week and takes care of the catering.
