Yoga weekend in Hanover

From the 12th to the 14th. In March 2027, a small yoga weekend for people with and without prior experience will take place at the Naturfreundehaus Hannover.
The focus is on yoga, breathing, meditation and conscious regeneration. The weekend offers you time to escape from everyday life, to perceive your body more intensely and to gather new energy.

What to expect

  • Dynamic and calmer yoga sessions
  • Breathing exercises and meditation
  • Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
  • Space for regeneration and conscious breaks
  • small impulses about body awareness, stress regulation and self-care
    The weekend will deliberately take place in a small group and is also suitable for beginners.
