200h yoga teacher training
You want to delve deeper into the world of yoga. Not just practicing but teaching. Deepen your own practice and develop yourself personally.
The 200h yoga teacher training is an intensive journey into the world of yoga. Holistic yoga, individual support (max. group size 10 participants) and your personal development are the focus of this yoga training.
Contents of the 200h yoga training:
Practice:
-Asana, technique, alignment, training
-Meditation, pranayama, mantra, bandhas
Anatomy & Physiology:
-functional anatomy, practice-oriented connections, understanding functions
-Body structure (bones, joints, muscles), breathing
-Chakras, Nadis
Philosophy & Ethics:
-6 yoga paths, history of yoga
-traditional texts (introduction to Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutra)
-Lifestyle, ethics, nutrition
Methodology & Didactics:
-Class structure, sequencing
-Adjustments, assistance, guidance, contraindications
-Communication
Internship & Mentoring:
-Apply what you have learned yourself
-Lesson samples with feedback
-Yoga & Coaching

The 200h yoga teacher training meets the highest international standards of the American Yoga Alliance (AYA) and, after successful participation, entitles you to register as a 200h Yoga Teacher with the AYA.
A yoga teacher will only receive recognition from the health insurance company according to §20 SGB V if he or she has completed 500 hours of training with a recognized professional qualification. You can get credit for the 200-hour yoga teacher training, which forms the basis. You can also attend the +300h yoga training with me, which includes recognition by health insurance companies. Further information will follow on my website.
Training costs: 4,150 € including certificate & detailed yoga script in printed form
Early Bird Price: €3,900 if you register up to 3 months before the start
A deposit of €500 is due upon registration, with the remaining amount due before the start of the yoga training.

Die Themen der Ausbildung sind perfekt ausgewählt und werden sehr verständlich erklärt und besprochen. Keine Frage kommt hier zu kurz! Die maximale Teilnehmeranzahl von 10 Personen macht die Ausbildung wirklich sehr persönlich und nahbar. Die Ausbildung hat mir nicht nur in der Theorie, sondern vor allem auch im persönlichen Leben unfassbar viel gegeben. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für eine Ausbildung bei Katrin entscheiden und kann diese wirklich jedem nur ans Herz legen und weiterempfehlen.
