You have already successfully completed your 200H yoga teacher training and want to delve deeper into the world of yoga. Broaden your horizons. Take your own practice and teaching to the next level.
Become part of a growing community of teachers who bring yoga to life with heart, profound expertise, and nurturing presence.
This practical training with personal support (maximum group size 10 participants per module) offers you the opportunity to deepen your own practice and develop personally.
The 300H yoga teacher training is divided into 10 modules that can be booked flexibly – you can take each module individually or all together, depending on how it fits your life, your goals, and your pace.
Deep theory meets lively practice. You will receive feedback, coaching and space for self-discovery. In this way, you will grow into a yoga teacher who not only gives instructions, but brings heart, presence, and trust into the yoga class.
Each module focuses on specific learning objectives, methodology, and practical input, so that at the end of a module you can move on with clarity, confidence, and enjoyment. Choose individual modules as needed or secure the complete package for cohesive development.

- Spiral Dynamics meets Yoga 40H
- The Art of Touching - Adjustments 25H
- The Art of Sequencing 25H
- Yin Yoga 40H
- Chakras in Harmony 40H
- Ayurveda and Yoga 25H
- In-depth Yoga Philosophy 15H
- Yoga for specific target groups & advanced 50H
- Prenatal Yoga 25H
- Postnatal Yoga 25H
The weekend modules start on Friday at 1:00 PM and end on Sunday at 3:00 PM.
The intensive weeks have regular training hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All modules take place in the Body & Mind Balance – Yoga Studio in Stelle.
Upon successful completion, you will receive the 300-hour certification. If you have already completed a 200-hour training course, you will receive the 500-hour certification – an internationally recognized foundation that will open further doors for you. Who is the training suitable for:
For yoga teachers with existing knowledge (at least a 200H yoga teacher training) who want to deepen their repertoire and take it to the next level. For all those seeking a warm, responsible teaching experience – with a focus on safety, individuality, and sustainable learning. Training period:
The 10 modules take place over a period of 2 years and then begin again.
You can complete the modules at your own pace – no matter how long it takes.
