The Yin Yoga Advanced training course, with all the knowledge it imparts, is unique in the German-speaking world and is only open to people who have completed at least a 30-hour Yin Yoga teacher training course.
Yin Yoga is enjoying increasing popularity, but is often still taught as a gentle Yang Yoga, overlooking the deeper energetic benefits of Yin practice.
In the Yin Yoga Advanced training, the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are deepened and supplemented with the Five Elements theory, the organ clock and the principles of therapeutic Yin Yoga.
Key topics include:
Yin & Yang - Understanding the origin and finding balance
Yin tissue in the body - theory of pressure and tension
Fascia - its importance and working with it
Yin Yoga Asanas - over 50 postures divided by target area and elements
TCM - in-depth study of meridian theory, organ clock, acupuncture points
Five elements and deep well-being
Therapeutic Yin Yoga - release deep blockages & recognize imbalances
Pranyama, Meditation & Affirmations in Yin Yoga
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a continuing education course for yoga teachers. So you can get credit for it if you are listed there.
Training costs: 799€ Early Bird price until 15.01.2026 thereafter 825€
including detailed Yin Yoga script in printed form and AYA certificate.
