In yoga, breath is called "Prana" and means life force.
Observing, training, and deepening your breathing can lead to experiences on all levels of your existence.
Your breath is the bridge between body and mind, always bringing you back to the present moment. The only moment in which life takes place.

The training takes place in the Rhein-Sieg district. The seminar rooms may still change.
Cosmic Healing Breath Coach: a total of 5 modules
→ Enables independent application of EssenzDialog®Coaching methods, as well as leading breathwork sessions in individual and group settings.
The training is practically oriented and extends over 9 weekends. Individual entry or the booking of individual modules can be arranged separately by agreement.
