Description Yoga teacher training

Hot Yoga is a class with a fixed sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga poses and two breathing exercises.
As hot yoga teachers, we learn, among other things, a “dialogue” by heart in order to be able to instruct the poses precisely and with certainty.
You will learn to perform the poses in an anatomically correct way and you will learn to make adjustments to the body of your yoga students. And with our help you will find your personal way of teaching this sequence.
Hot Yoga - also known as BIKRAM Yoga - is one of the most popular yoga styles worldwide. The community has been growing for almost 50 years.
If you go to a 26+2 hot yoga class anywhere in the world, you will always feel at home.
And with us you will learn to teach at this international level.
The advantage for you as a yoga teacher: You don't have to think of new sequences for your lessons. The sequence of each lesson remains the same. BUT every lesson will still be different. This is the magic of hot yoga.🤩
With our help, you can integrate hot yoga into your existing studio, teach in existing hot yoga studios or start something of your own.
We support you with mentoring after your training.
