Description Yoga teacher training

Further training for yoga teachers and therapists –
ONLINE via Zoom Kundalini Yoga for people with physical disabilities
Online training – two training weekends:
1st WE: Saturday, June 24th, 2023 & Sunday, June 25th, 2023 (each from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and
2nd week: Saturday, July 15th, 2023 & Sunday, July 16th, 2023 (from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
During these two training weekends I will report on my many years of yoga experience with people with disabilities. I will share my suggestions with you and give you the appropriate skills so that you can independently design yoga classes for people with disabilities. Experiences can be exchanged in the group on these two weekends and questions can be answered.
As part of the training, I will offer and teach a Kundalini Yoga class for people with disabilities. As a training participant, you have the opportunity to sit in on the course.
Further content: Discussion of various disabilities / Dealing with different handicaps in a group or an inclusive course for people with disabilities Suggestions for visualizations for movement sequences that cannot be carried out due to psychological conditions / Exercises for body awareness / Pranayama / Yogic topics such as: B. Karma, techniques for self-protection, energetic cleansing and strengthening.
Costs for the training including script:
Early bird: €520 (registration and transfer by May 22, 2023). Regular: €580
Yoga teachers from all yoga traditions and therapists with yoga knowledge are welcome - but please note that this training is not yoga teaching training. Yoga teachers can use the training to offer inclusive and special yoga courses for people with disabilities. This training provides therapists with individual exercises, breathing exercises and other techniques that can be used or passed on in therapeutic sessions or applications.
The online training is 3HO certified/ DRS recognized.
About me:
I am an experienced yoga teacher, trained sports therapist and trainer for yoga teachers and therapy as well as a naturopath for psychotherapy and Gestalt therapist. I have been teaching yoga for people with and without disabilities for over 16 years. My vision is to make yoga accessible to as many people with disabilities as possible. I currently offer regular workshops and weekend seminars throughout Germany (including for the Manfred Sauer Foundation) for people with physical disabilities. I lead the AG Yoga in the German Wheelchair Sports Association.

    Es geht nicht nur um Rollstuhlfahrer.Es gibt sehr viele Menschen die körperliche Beschwerden haben zb.Rückenprobleme.Was kann ich da als alternative anbieten.In der Fortbildung zeigte Antje Kuwert uns verschiedene Optionen und Möglichkeiten und teilte uns ihr ganzes Wissen mit .

    Nach langer Suche eine Yoga Ausbildung in Österreich für Menschen mit körperlicher Behinderung zu finden, bin ich glücklicherweise auf Antje Kuwert gestoßen. Ein großer Herzenswunsch ist mit dieser Ausbildung für mich Erfüllung gegangen und auch die Tatsache, dass diese online statt findet, erleichtert mir meine Teilnahme aus Wien ungemein.

    Antje leitet die Ausbildung mit ihrer einfühlsamen und aufmerksam Art und macht diese inklusive Ausbildung zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Sie steht mit ihrem unglaublichen Wissen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und bereichert meine Erfahrung als Yogalehrerin ungemein.

    Theorie und Praxis gehen Hand in Hand und die zur Verfügung gestellten Unterrichtsmaterialien sind ebenfalls perfekt aufbereitet.

    Die Fortbildung „Yoga für Menschen mit Behinderung“ bei Antje hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann diese sehr empfehlen. Richtug gut haben mir die anschaulichen Beispiele von Antje gefallen und vor allem die Yoga-Stunde mit den Rollstuhlfahrer*innen und dem anschließenden Austausch. Antje hat die Inhalte und ihr Fachwissen sehr gut vorbereitet und ich habe ein gutes Gefühl die Inhalte nun selbst zu unterrichten. Meinen Erfahrungsschatz als Yogalehrerin hat die Fortbildung ungemein bereichert. Dazu fand ich das Online-Format sehr praktisch – direkt von daheim aus ohne weite Anreise und Übernachtungskosten.
