At the end of the "Yoga a Way of Life" yoga teacher training, there is a written exam, preceded by a practical teaching demonstration. Or, if teaching yoga isn't important to you, you can present a topic from the training that you enjoy and would like to share during the demonstration. This could be a guided meditation, for example.

I have been practicing yoga since the 1990s, and gradually yoga in its entirety.
As a certified yoga teacher - tested and certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention ZPP - I have a very thorough education with over 2000 hours of training. My own yoga practice is an essential component.
For about 15 years I have been teaching yoga continuously at renowned yoga schools, yoga studios and festivals, for example at Learning in Motion, Yoga am Park, Park Studio, Saccidananda Yoga, Enso Yoga, Elixia Fitness Studio, Meridian Spa, Yoga Unite, etc.
For many years I have been teaching yoga at companies, including Vatenfall Sales Company, Sozialkasse Berlin, and Körperwelten Museum Berlin.
I have completed various yoga teacher training courses, e.g. with Max Strom Vinyasa Yoga, Integral Yoga with Stefan Datt, Sivananda Yoga, modules from Yin Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, workshops in Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga.
For four years I systematically studied yoga philosophy and yoga psychology with R. Sriram, the best expert on the Yoga Sutras one can imagine. R. Sriram studied with Sri T.K.V. I learned Desikachar Yoga and also took part in group classes with Sri T. Krishnamacharya.
I spent several weeks practicing various breathing techniques in the Himalayas, India.
With the Swiss yogi Reinhard Gammenthaler, I learned about yoga in a way that is rarely taught anymore. For more than 10 years I have studied ancient Himalayan yoga, sūkṣma vyāyāma and breathing techniques. Practicing it is very intense and blissful.
I have been teaching as a specialist lecturer at various yoga training courses for 10 years and have been working as a yoga therapist since 2015. As a relaxation educator and communications graduate, as well as a practicing alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, I am at the center of life.
On my yoga journey, I wanted to have my own experiences in order to gain insights from them, not just repeat something unquestioningly, nor follow a trend or an external form.
Yoga is an experiential science and spiritual teaching; body and mental health need care, far removed from sport.
You get ahead by learning, trying things out, failing, getting up, letting go, and finding yourself anew, not just by thinking. This requires profound and committed teachers, but also one's own trust in the inner guidance that gradually emerges.
Therefore, in the past, I have participated in countless continuing education courses, workshops, lectures, etc. with well-known yoginis and yogis, yoga teachers, but also with other smart people from stress research, Zen Buddhism or neuroscience, such as:
R. Sriram, Nischala Joy Devi, Shubrahji, Tangen Harada Roshi, Mark Whitewell, Patrick Broome, Ana T. Forrest, Sharon Gannon, Max Strom, Laruga Glaser, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Swami Sivadasananda, Swami Ramapriyananda, Anna Trökes, Stefan Datt, Miriam Datt, Bhagavan Das, Swami Gurusharanananda, Silvia Wetzel.
All knowledge only counts if it is interwoven with practice.
