Our aim is to offer you a humble setting in which to experience the expansion of your inner silence, giving you a set of practices which can be followed at home. Perseverance and depth are good friends of those who are walking the path of Yoga. Whether it is your first contact with Yoga or you want to continue an already started path, you are welcome to visit us. Whatever your background is, we will build upon it.
The texts in which we base our teachings are mainly the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (the latter especially in the case of Pranayama practice). We are handing over a millenarian tradition which is based on the Gurukul system (the special relationship of knowledge transfer established between master and disciple), therefore rest assured that our teachings will be exclusively based on the knowledge passed to us by our teachers, thus preserving the tradition and keeping it alive.
A yoga practice based on genuine, simple and true teachings for those who venture into the depths of freedom.
