Yoga has been a part of my life for many years – as a counterbalance to endurance sports and as a way to achieve greater balance, strength, and inner peace. I pass on this experience, combined with my training as a certified yoga teacher and advanced training in the field of Spiral Dynamics, with heart, competence, and joy in my courses. In small groups, I support you in improving your well-being and staying on track in the long term.
