Yoga teacher/student
I teach dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
In my classes the breath leads the movement: flowing and powerful, sometimes with inversions.
Long held asanas establish stretching and balance, creating deep relaxation, rest and surrender.
In my classes I focus on alignment for body and mind, on precision and creativity.
I trained Classical Ballet for 10 years before I started to practice Yoga.
I've stayed several times at Yoga Ashrams in India and I successfully completed Yoga workshops focusing on Alignment, Inversions, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Jivamukti Yoga with Pankaj Sharma (Rishikesh/Frankfurt), Patrick Broome (Munich), Dechen Thurman (New York), Yogeswari (New York), Dylan Werner (New York), Petros Haffenrichter (Munich), Barbra Noh (Munich) and many others.
Besides flowy, energetic Vinyasa Yoga I love surfing.
