Description yoga

Kundalini yoga courses every Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the studio and Monday 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. online. Please register by email at sandra@anbadaba.com
Kundalini Yoga has a cleansing effect, relieves tension, activates the self-healing powers, increases self-awareness, strengthens and harmonizes the energy, nervous, glandular and immune systems. The body becomes more supple and flexible and endurance increases.
The lessons consist of self-contained series of exercises, all of which affect different areas of the body. They include dynamic and static asanas (yoga positions) that are combined with consciously guided breathing (pranayama). After the tension comes relaxation. Through deep relaxation, the activated energy is optimally distributed throughout the body and new experiences can be integrated.
A wonderful journey to yourself begins with Kundalini Yoga.
You already have everything you need within you. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of consciousness. This brings you into contact with yourself. It can relax you, give you strength, reduce stress, improve your health, release blockages and open your heart. New paths often open up.
If you are looking for a balance to your stressful professional life, if you want to develop further, if you need inner clarity and are looking for your center, if you lack concentration or if you have the feeling that somehow things are not moving forward in your life If you want to change something, regular yoga training can help you.

    Sandra weiß, wie Yoga funktioniert! Ich freue mich immer sehr auf ihre Kurse und gehe danach gestärkt in die anstrengende Arbeitswoche.
    Besonders hat mir gefallen, wie sie mit dem Lockdown umgegangen ist - Sie schuf sehr schnell und einfach die Möglichkeit, Online-Kurse zu besuchen, das hat mir sehr viel Kraft in dieser Zeit gegeben. Ich würde Sandras Yoga-Kurse jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
