My teaching style is strongly inspired by Ashtanga and Jivamukti® Yoga and modern and challenging forms of Vinyasa Yoga. By concentrating on breathing, which is at the center of my practice, you will achieve:

Für mich ein Volltreffer

Giovannas Yogaunterricht ist höchst individuell, sie geht auf jeden einzelnen Teilnehmer ein, indem Sie einfühlsam, motivierend und herzlich anspornt, korrigiert und für eine tiefe Entspannung sorgt.
Man merkt sofort, dass was sie leistet, sie aus einem großen Topf an Erfahrung schöpft.
Sie hat unglaublich viele Yogaarten für sich selbst ausprobiert und etwas ganz eigenes geschaffen zwischen Ashtanga und Jivamukti. Ihre umfangreichen Aus- und Weiterbildungen bei verschiedensten Lehrern sind somit ein Geschenk an jeden Teilnehmer, aus dem sie reichlich weitergibt und somit keine Stunde der anderen gleicht. Jedesmal verlasse ich den Unterricht und nehme etwas neues für mich nach Hause mit.

Kompetent und Einfühlsam

Ich war schon bei einigen Lehrern in München und in anderen Städten. Aber selten wurde ich so kompetent und einfühlsam korrigiert in den Yogaübungen. Vor allem ist Giovanna authentisch was sich deutlich in ihrem Unterricht widerspiegelt. Sie ist mit Herz und Leidenschaft dabei. Als Schüler motiviert mich dies sehr. Man hört nie auf zu lernen bei ihr. Sie entwickelt oft ihre Übungen weiter und wird nie müde einem noch mehr Seiten von Yoga zu zeigen.
