Description yoga

In my yoga classes you can immerse yourself in a space of letting go. I will guide you through the yoga class in a gentle voice. In my Hatha yoga classes, a particular focus is on being mindful of yourself and your body. So that yoga accompanies you through your life in a healthy way, I pay attention to the anatomically and physiologically correct alignment of joints etc. in the various postures. I consciously encourage you to feel your body and its possibilities and limits, and to focus specifically inwards to guide your body perception so that you are not guided exclusively by an ideal image of an asana. For me, yoga means arriving at myself and creating a connection between body, mind and heart.

    Hier passt einfach das Gesamtpaket - toll!

    Martina hat ab der ersten Minute eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen, sodass man vom Alltagsprogramm abschalten und sich aufs Yoga einlassen konnte. Sie leitet toll durch die Übungen, hilft, wenn man es möchte und gibt einem einfach das Gefühl den Kopf abschalten zu können und mit ihr in den Yoga-Flow zu tauchen. Gute Abwechslung zwischen den anstrengenden und entspannenden Asanas.

    Die Stunde mit Martina war eine perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und Anstrengung in entspannter Atmosphäre, um nach einem anstrengenden Tag wieder "bei sich anzukommen" Auch als Anfänger ist man gut aufgehoben durch kompetente, sanfte Korrekturen bei dem Ausführen von Übungen. Immer wieder gern!
