Wohltuende Abwechslung zum Alltag

Eigentlich ist Yoga nicht mein Ding, hab ich gesagt. Bis ich das erste Mal dabei war. Eine tolle Balance zwischen Anstrengung und Entspannung! Jede Woche ein bisschen anders, so dass es nie langweilig wird.

Immer wieder ein Ankommen …

Toll geführter Yogakurs in super schöner Atmosphäre in der man in 90 Minuten den Stress des Alltags (auch durch die liebevolle Anleitung der Trainerin Patricia) hinter sich lassen kann. Hier ist keine übertrieben gezwungen Spiritualität erforderlich um zu bemerken dass man Teil von was besonderem ist ! Für jeden was dabei, ob Power oder Yin … Top !

Tolle Yogalehrerin

Ihre Kurse werden immer auf das Leistungsniveau der Teilnehmer zugeschnitten. So ist für jeden etwas dabei. Zudem hat sie eine ruhige und emphatische Art. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und die Kurse sind fordernd aber machen auch Spaß!
