Description yoga
Yoga as a holistic exercise system increases mobility, strengthens our organism, strengthens the immune system and promotes the ability to relax.
This Hatha Yoga prevention course trains your body awareness by learning and practicing postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation exercises. With these mindfully performed Hatha Yoga exercises, you will develop the ability to correctly interpret the body's signals, take note of them at an early stage and prevent illnesses.
You will experience the positive effects of yoga and receive valuable tips and advice so that you can then continue doing these exercises independently at home.
In addition, the weekend is enriched by meditation, a healthy organic vegetarian diet and other interesting aspects of yoga. Experience relaxation and recovery in Europe's largest yoga seminar house in the heart of the Teutoburg Forest.
Most statutory health insurance companies reimburse up to €75.00 for full participation as part of primary prevention in accordance with Section 20 SGB V. You can find out the exact amount of the subsidy from your health insurance company. Our “Hatha Yoga prevention courses” are certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP) and are therefore eligible for subsidies from all health insurance companies.
The Hatha Yoga prevention course takes place regularly on weekends and on the specified dates.
