"MeinYogaKurse.de - Yoga with Gigi" offers hatha yoga prevention courses for women with a focus on yoga for pregnant women and yoga after birth.
In the “Yoga for Pregnant Women” course, all of the exercises are specifically adapted to pregnancy and can be practiced by both beginners and those experienced in yoga.
Since my yoga courses are certified by health insurance companies as prevention courses, yours will be reimbursed

The postpartum yoga course is a very good way to start exercising again. With a combination of postnatal exercises and postures from Hatha Yoga, we strengthen the pelvic floor and the core of the body in order to develop strength again after the birth. Exercises for the abdominal, pelvic and back muscles not only help with recovery, but can also counteract tension and back pain. Breathing and meditation techniques from traditional Hatha Yoga round off the course and create more space for relaxation and serenity.
The gentle postures (asanas) from Hatha Yoga are accompanied by breathing exercises, relaxation and visualizations. The course will help you prepare both physically and mentally for the birth.
My yoga style is a mix of powerful and gentle exercises. I try to help the participants to feel themselves, to accept their own physical limits and to explore them in a playful way.
For me, yoga is not about pressure to perform, but rather about treating yourself carefully and lovingly. It starts with the body and continues through the mind and emotions. In my view, this is the essential goal for a holistic practice and is exactly the aspect that distinguishes yoga from sport.
In my yoga courses I would like to show you how you can integrate this beneficial practice into your life and benefit from it.

    Präventionskurs für Yoga

    Der Yoga Kurs war sehr entspannend. Gigi geht sehr individuell auf alle Teilnehmer ein. Dabei hat sie eine sehr ruhige einfühlsame Art. Besonders hat mir die geführte Endentspannung gefallen. Da die Kurse durch die Krankenkassen als Präventionskurse zertifiziert sind, habe ich durch die Kasse sogar Geld zurückerhalten. Ich kann die Yoga Kurse mit Gigi sehr empfehlen!
