Movement – ​​feeling - feeling - experiencing flowing movements in the rhythm of the music or in the rhythm of your own breathing.​
In 2008 I acquired my license as a Pilates trainer. In 2010 I trained as a physiotherapist, a profession that, like dancing, I am passionate about. I was able to complete my job and Pilates with yoga.
These two offerings (Pilates and yoga) can be wonderfully integrated into physiotherapy as therapeutic treatment approaches, but they can also be easily combined with each other and can of course also be experienced individually.
That's exactly why I feel so comfortable here...
Pilates with its centered strength and yoga with its wonderfully supple asanas give me the physical feeling of well-being that I was able to experience through dance.
Flowing with your breath through a Pilates yoga session feels like you're dancing.​
I cordially invite you to my classic, varied STOTT Pilates, which I combine with many yoga asanas.
