Gentle fascia yoga - after work relaxation

Suitable for yoga beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.

In this online yoga course you can expect breathing exercises, gentle physical exercises to mobilize, strengthen and stretch the whole body, whereby we usually have a specific focus in each unit (e.g. shoulders/neck, spine, hips, feet, leg stretching, etc. ), as well as extensive relaxation phases and guided meditations.

This yoga class is suitable for you if…
