Arrival from Düsseldorf or Wuppertal
From the A 46 at the Düsseldorf Süd junction take the A 59 towards Leverkusen, exit Benrath. At the exit turn right towards Benrath.
Pass the next traffic light intersection. Turn left into the next street (Kleinstrasse) towards the Benrath ice rink. After approx. 500 m you will find Studio-Yoga in the Benrath community center on the left. The studio is in an annex.
Arrival from Cologne
From the A1 at the Leverkusen intersection onto the A 59 towards Düsseldorf, Benrath exit. Go straight ahead at the traffic lights.
Pass the next traffic light intersection. Turn left into the next street (Kleinstrasse) towards the Benrath ice rink. After approx. 500 m you will find the Studio-Yoga in the Benrath community center on the left-hand side. The studio is in an annex.

YOGA wie ich es mag
Die Yoga-Stunde bei Stefanie ist für mich sehr ansprechend. Ich fühle mich in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre sehr wohl, folge gerne der angenehmen Stimme und lasse mich entspannt durch die Yogi-Stunde führen. Ich komme zur Ruhe und zur Entspannung in einer für mich passenden Umgebung. Stefanie ist sehr liebevoll und empathisch. Einfach ein Herzensmensch, der Yoga lebt.

Steffi ist ganz auf meiner Yoga-Wellenlänge. Etwas Spiritualität, aber nicht zu viel. Viele Atemübungen und Sonnengrüsse. Bewegung und Entspannung im super Verhältnis. Und immer eine schöne Entspannungsrunde.
