Description yoga

With "Yoga for Everyone", selected exercises from Hatha Yoga strengthen, stretch and relax the entire body, improve posture and overall well-being.
Yoga places a great focus on mindfulness. This creates a connection to ourselves and we learn to perceive ourselves more consciously. The teaching units include physical and mental exercises, as well as breathing exercises.
There is also yoga around the chair:
Specific muscle groups are gently activated and stress is reduced. Participants can make a contribution to their fitness and health through gentle movement exercises, breathing techniques and lots of deep relaxation.
