For me, YOU are the focus
In my yoga classes I accompany you on your way to a more balanced, satisfied, empowered and joyful life. With a combination of yoga styles tailored to you and a small portion of life experience, I respond entirely to your individual needs - regardless of whether you are looking for exercise, balance or spirituality. No matter whether you are just taking your first steps on your personal yoga path or have been there for a long time.
My offer for you includes Vinyasa, fascia and Yin yoga in private lessons, as company yoga and in group lessons. Personal support is of course best achieved in individual lessons. But it can also be very nice and inspiring to explore the multifaceted ways and effects of yoga in smaller groups - for example with friends or colleagues.
I have the following qualifications for professional teaching:
- 2015 - 2017: Training (500+ hours) as a Vinyasa yoga teacher with Dr. Patrick Broome
- February 2016: Yin yoga teacher training (32 hours) with Tanja Seehofer
- June 2017: Fanszie yoga teacher training (30 hours) with Andrea Kampermann
- September 2017: Yin Yoga Teacher Training (50 hours) with Biff Mithoefer
- over 520 hours of teaching experience since March 2016.
