Our time today is mostly dominated by Yang energy. Everything around us is constantly changing, very fast-paced and we are often rushing through everyday life. But this is exactly what causes us to constantly find ourselves in our Yang energy and the inner balance gets out of balance.

Yin is the gentle, calm and cooling energy. The energy that can lead us into deep relaxation, that leads us into silence and offers us the opportunity to look inwards.
Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga and appeals to our feminine and cooling energy. Wonderful way to end the day calmly and relaxed. The positions in Yin Yoga are held for between 3 and 5 minutes, giving both our body and our mind the time to surrender, let go and find relaxation. Aids such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows support us in this.
